Now, if you don’t exercise and then have a panic attack your body naturally releases adrenalin into your system. The overall result is excessive adrenalin in the system, and this doesn’t help stop panic attacks. Prevention is better than cure. Exercise and control the adrenalin levels in your body so that panic attacks don’t become that dangerous.

Last but not least it is crucial that you maintain a positive state of mind in most of the things that you do. It’s true that thinking of negative things never makes you feel good and hopeful; it only creates fears of failure; stress and above all anxiety.
